Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- The original receipt must accompany the returned item.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The item should be packed well to avoid damage and returned in the original package.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Proof of damage is needed in order to process the return and replacement.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item).
Refund or Exchange Process:
- Once we receive proof of damage, we will email you a FREE return shipping label to send the item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items:
- Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
